Mrs. Rashika Durgvanshi, Founder Managing Director of RPS ACADEMY is a well-known Academician and Social Service provider, who provides the guidance and direction with a major focus on developing “Future Leaders” with sound academic and optimum leadership ability. In recognition of her efforts for women education in India, she has received following two Awards on behalf of the college:

1. Awarded by Deputy CM of Uttar Pradesh, Uttar Pradesh

2. Awarded by icons of Asia, New Delhi.
